Bill Anderson is an internationally recognized photographer based in Atlanta, Georgia. In addition to serving wedding, engagement and portrait clients, he counts such notables as UPS, Sprint, Turner Broadcasting, Apple Computer, JCPenney, IBM, Shasta, The Discovery Channel, R.L. Polk, GA Power, Benson & Hedges Blues Festivals, The U.S. Army, and a variety of lesser known but equally respected entities among his clients. Bill’s photography has been featured in national and regional magazines, on network and cable TV, and has been shown by the North Carolina Museum of Art and numerous galleries. In 1998, Bill received the prestigious Top 100 Award, an industry sponsored award that recognizes the work of the top 100 media professionals each year.

Bill credits his father for inspiring Bill's love of photography and the visual arts. "Dad is a great amateur photographer. He loves photographing family, friends and complete strangers – all types of people in spontaneous, everyday situations. When I was a teenager, we spent many wonderful days at swap meets and trade fairs shooting available light candids. Watching Dad shoot and then later standing beside him in his darkroom as he printed his images, I learned to see the magic moments – those fleeting expressions that reveal the kaleidoscope of human emotions."

In addition to his professional activities, Bill serves on the Board of Directors of The Hayden M. Nunnelley Foundation, a Georgia based charity.
Associate photographer and studio manager, Paul Greenberger, joined the team in 2006. In addition to managing the day to day business activities of Bill Anderson Photography, Paul joins Bill on select assignments, bringing his superb photographic skills to the role of second camera coverage. A trained classical pianist, with undergraduate and masters degrees in piano, Paul has also been an avid photographer most of his life. "Photography and music have always been a natural combination for me - sight and sound, picture and music. Both involve expression via form, composition, rhythm, tonalitity, harmony; and both, when performed well, are emotionally powerful. When I’m shooting, I hear music - a soundtrack in my mind that accompanies the images in the viewfinder. When I’m playing the piano, I see pictures evolving in a mental movie that depict what the music means to me. It’s an incredible, very inspirational combination that I truly enjoy sharing with others."

Away from work, Paul and his wife, Marina, who is also part of the Bill Anderson Photography team, enjoy traveling, gourmet cooking, and gardening. They are very active in the Atlanta music and fine arts community.
Marina Shafran joins the team as makeup artist extraordinaire on select assignments. A native of Belarus, who studied art in Europe before immigrating to the USA, Marina is a very accomplished painter and a certified makeup artist. In Russia, Marina worked behind the camera as a makeup artist and art director, as well as in front of the camera as an actress in numerous dramatic films. Her background as an actress, model, art director and makeup artist provides Marina with in-depth knowledge of how a camera "sees".

Brides who choose to enlist Marina’s services can be assured that their makeup will look "picture perfect" from the walk down the aisle to the last dance at the reception.
